VISITING WILD SHORE

STEP BY STEP GUIDE​

PRE-ARRIVAL

All Bookings processed and paid in full prior to arrival (online/phone)

All participants required to read our booking confirmation and complete a participant waiver.

Participants encouraged to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to their session.

ON-ARRIVAL
-
Customers are asked to head towards reception for check in.

You'll then be directed towards our Kit station where we will provide you with wetsuit's, buoyancy aids, or helmets.

You'll need to bring with you: swimwear, a towel, and a padlock. Any wild Swimmers will also require a swim hat.

Please note our car park is set away from the shore line and is about a 1 minute walk away.

TOILETS & CHANGING

One participant to one changing cubicle, all changing outdoors

No clothing or personal materials left in changing cubicles

Toilets are available on site.

We have outdoor lockers all you need is a gym style padlock to secure your belongings. We ask individuals to bring these with you.
ACTIVITIES

Aqua Park sessions take place every hour on the hour. We ask all individuals to arrive half an hour before hand, as we are unable to extend sessions.

POST ACTIVITY

Unfortunately due to space restrictions on site, we would ask all participants and customers not to prolong their stay with us after their activity. This will allow us to ensure the safety of both customers and staff throughout the entire day.

ONSITE CAFE
This is a separate business to ourselves and more information can be found through their website.
